Forgot your login details?

Hint: did you connect your WebMini account with a social network? If that is the case, you can use our social login and log into your WebMini account by using your login data of the social network.

Did you forget the login data for your WebMini account and have no access to the email address anymore that you used during signup? We can restore your access to your account, but we need to ask you for information that tells us convincingly that you are the owner of the account. Please send us an email to mail@webmini.com with the following information:

  • Exact information which account is affected and why you cannot access it anymore
  • Scan or photo of an identification document
  • Your current email address
  • Recent invoice for the account
  • All additional information about the account that you remember and that could be known only to the owner of the account

Please note that we have to process your request manually and that it might take us several days to prove that you are the valid owner of the account. Furthermore, we reserve the right to not give access to an account when we cannot fully ensure that your are the rightful owner.
